Our customer, established in 1985, is an innovative high-tech company based in Munich, Germany. For the third decade now, the range of products and services offered by our customer comprises comprehensive solutions for automated quality assurance and production process monitoring to the solar module, flat glass, film and foil, converting, paper, optical media and semiconductor industries. In these areas our customer continues to set new standards for the inspection of surfaces through the utilization of the latest technical advances in optics and electronics. To support the sales-team in Munich we are currently looking for a


 

Sales Professional Europe (m/f)


 

Our customer is currently reorganising the sales structure in Europe and Asia. As Sales Professional you will be responsible for one of three Product Lines. Your task will be to acquire direct customers in Germany and also to become a close partner of the new Sales Channels which have to be defined and acquired in close cooperation with the Sales Director.

 

The tasks / responsibilities of the Sales Professional include:

  • Identify and develop suitable new customers
  • Coordinate the telemarketing service provider and follow up the generated leads
  • On-site sales support at the distributors
  • Report all sales-activities to the Sales Director
  • Responsible for following up quotation activity and ensuring effective communication with potential customers
  • Regular customer visits and acquisition of new potential customers
  • Presentation to Management and Senior Management
  • Negotiate price and contract agreements
  • Meet and exceed budget sales goals

 

Your profile:

  • Experienced Sales Professional with a good technical understanding and the experience in selling high volume projects in the field of technical products (Automation, Semiconductor Equipment or equivalent)
  • Experience in acquisition and price negotiations with customers
  • Strong business acumen and sales skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to learn technical aspects as well as experience in sales of High-Tech investment goods
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills
  • Travelling on a regular basis, mainly in Europe
  • Well organised and self motivated
  • High service orientation
  • Ability to build up and take care of long term customer relationships
