POSITION SUMMARY
 
As a Software Defect Analyst, the successful candidate will actively facilitate software issue resolution through various activities. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will work in a key position together with development teams to resolve software issues of our projects. Screening, prioritizing and assigning defect reports as well as driving and tracking the resolution of those defects across various disciplines will be your main focus. This is a multi-disciplinary role that requires a team player with a strong development background and the right touch to stay ahead of multiple demanding tasks. 

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor's Degree in a computer-related discipline
  • Several years of embedded SW development experience in various areas
  • Highly engaged with a passion for making the product better
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of wireless technology and software architectures
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • High degree of self-motivation, self-management, initiative and professionalism

ADDITIONAL ASSETS 
 
  • Knowledge and/or experience using industry standard defect management tools
  • Experience in the wireless industry
